Ynskjer De å avbestilla, må det skje innan 48t før bestillt avgang for å unngå avbestillingsgebyr. Ved avbestilling seinare enn 48t før bestillt avgang vert halve beløpet fakturert dersom ikkje anna er avtala. Ved manglande oppmøte utan avbestilling vert heile beløpet fakturert.
Enkeltpersoner og biler kan dessverre ikkje reservera plass. Vi oppmodar om tidleg oppmøte - dette gjeld særskilt i høgsesongen. Det er oppmerka fergefiler der ein stiller bilen i kø. Vanleg prosedyre er at bilane skal ryggast ombord. Treng du hjelp til dette, vil ferge-mannskapet rettleia deg eller rygge bilen for deg.

If You wish to cancel a booking, please notify us within 48 hrs before your booked departure. You will then avoid a cancellation-fee. If You cancel later than 48 hrs before your booked departure you will be charged 50% of the price if no other covenant has been made. If you fail to show up and no cancellation has been made, You will be charged the full price.
Unfortunately we can not make reservations for individual persons and/or cars. We advice you to be early for your desired departure- especially during the tourist-season. If you bring the car, please line it up in the ferry-que. Normally you have to back your car into the ferry. If you need help, please ask the ferry-crew- they will gladly assist you.
